Q2: Are your products safe for all vehicle types?
A: Yes, all our products are formulated to be safe on most vehicle surfaces including paint, glass, leather, fabric, and plastic. Always follow the usage instructions on the label.
Q3: Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
A: Yes, we provide bulk and wholesale options for professional detailers or businesses. Please contact us directly for custom quotes and account setup.
Q4: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for unused and unopened products. The item must be in original packaging with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Q5: Can I return a used product?
A: For hygiene and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns on used products unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Q6: How do I start a return or exchange?
A: Simply email our support team at kingofsuds.nz@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason. We’ll guide you through the process.
Q7: What happens if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
A: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund right away.
Q8: Do you offer refunds?
A: Yes, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
Q9: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we ship only within New Zealand. International shipping may be added soon—stay tuned!
Q10: What if my package is lost or stolen?
A: Once an order is marked as delivered, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. However, we’ll do our best to help you file a claim or resolve the issue with the carrier.
